Needs to whisper and be quiet even,
Just for a few days.
Sometimes life just nibbles a little too hard,
Anxiety gnaws for a bit too long!
So this little bird
Is not flying the cage
Nope
Just applying a little

Beautiful card Julie, enjoy your break and recharge your batteries. I missed the post about your brother, but I am pleased to hear he is safe. It certainly would have been a scary time for all. One of my crafty friends lives near Wagga Wagga and her home was just spared. They managed to put out the fire only 2.5m from her door and they lost lots of livestock. It always hard to imagine the fury of mother nature when you haven't experienced the devastation first hand but it can still have an emotional effect on us all. Take care! xx

Oh sweet sister, I can imagine what a blessing it is to have you as one -- and what a wonderful card to showcase that love! I totally get it - somedays I can't even hear myself think :) But life is just that - it's meant to be lived and sometimes busy-ly! Take care of you! THanks for sharing your darling card!
Btw, I totally had to get giddy about you! My son's Science teacher (a good friend of mine from church) was talking about their recycled items projects and ideas on what they can do with them. I mentioned your dragonflies and she was blown away! Good thing I had my ipad to pop over to your blog to show her the visual - her jaw hit the floor! Aw ... good times :)
